Nothing like getting to the beach right before the sun sets and getting to watch it go down with your friends.
Today my friends and I got to see the sun dive into the depths of the ocean and it was beautiful. Sunset might be one of my favorite natural occurrences. It’s when I can look at a beautifully fiery star that’s billions of miles away straight in the eyes.
The sky all different colors and shades that blend so well together. All of it is so pleasant and satisfying to ones soul.
Dipping our toes into the water it was quite cold for my taste, however, my friend, Kiki, would describe the water as lukewarm or room temperature. Im not sure what rooms she’s talking about but wherever they are they clearly have broken heaters.
Perhaps I’m just too used to the blazing midday heat in San Diego. Either way you must experience a sunset swim at least once in your life because it was truly worth the uncomforting water to begin with.
Don’t worry, your body adjusts to the temperature of the water and after awhile you’ll find yourself diving under waves alongside your friends.
